Applying a positive attitude to all patients is a way that health workers can increase patient satisfaction so that patients are interested in undergoing antenatal care to reduce MMR.</p> <p>Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the attitude of health workers and patient satisfaction at the Maternal and Child Health Polytechnic (KIA) UPTD Puskesmas I East Denpasar</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> This research uses a correlation analytical design with a cross-sectional study approach. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique, namely consecutive sampling. The sample used was 172 respondents and the instrument used was a questionnaire.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the study showed that of the 172 respondents, the majority of respondents, namely 94 (54.7%) stated that the attitude of health workers was in the positive category and the majority of respondents, namely 90 (52.3%) stated that they were satisfied with the services provided by health workers. The results of the Spearman Rho test show that there is a significant relationship between the attitude of health workers and patient satisfaction, with a p-value <0.001</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The more positive the health worker's attitude, the more satisfied the patient. The purpose of this study was to assess whether administering lemongrass and turmeric reduced the menstrual pain intensity felt by adolescent girls.</em><strong><em> Method: </em></strong><em>This study employed a quasi-experimental research design using a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design and purposive sampling, involving 64 grade VII adolescent girls separated into two groups: the intervention and the control group. Pain intensty was assessed using a VAS (Visual Analog Scale) questionnaire.</em><em>.</em> <strong><em>Result: </em></strong><em>The results of </em><em>This study’s findings obtained that the pretest p-value for the treatment group was 0.000<0.05, indicating a difference in menstrual pain after the intervention. Relaxation techniques such as Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) are non-pharmacological treatments that can offer patients a sense of relaxation, hence reducing the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. This research aims to determine the effect of the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) in alleviating premenstrual syndrome in grade VII adolescent girls</em><em>.</em><strong><em> Method: </em></strong><em>This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Kuta from November to December 2023 on 70 grade VII students separated into two groups: treatment and control, utilizing a quasi-experimental research design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sampling approach utilized was non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling. Premenstrual syndrome was assessed using the Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form (SPAF), and data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test and the Mann-Whitney test. </em><strong><em>Result: </em></strong><em>The results of research on 70 teenagers showed that the average symptom of premenstrual syndrome before the intervention was 17.43 (moderate symptoms) while after the intervention the average was 11.60 (mild symptoms). To reduce anxiety, non-pharmacological therapy is carried out, namely Expressive Movement Music Therapy and Lavender Aromatherapy. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Expressive Movement Music Therapy and Lavender Aromatherapy on reducing anxiety in women receiving birth control injections. This research used a Pre Experiment research design with an Intact-Group Comparisons design with purposive sampling, with 40 respondents being injectable contraceptive acceptors who were divided into 2 groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. Anxiety was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale-Anxiety (NRS-A) questionnaire, then data analysis was carried out using Mann Whitney because the data was not normally distributed. <strong>Result: </strong>The results of the study showed that there were differences in the anxiety levels of injectable contraceptive acceptors in the treatment group after being given the intervention with a p-value in the post-test for the treatment group of 0.000<0.05 and the mean post-test value being 2.20, which means that the average respondent experienced mild anxiety. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of ylang-ylang aromatherapy on insomnia in third-trimester pregnant women</em><em>. <strong>Metohds: </strong></em><em>This study used a quasi-experimental research methodology with a Non-Equivalent Control Group design and accidental sampling, with 34 pregnant women separated into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The level of insomnia was measured using the PSQI questionnaire, then data analysis was carried out using Mann Whitney</em><em>. <strong>Result: </strong></em><em>The results showed that there was a difference in the level of insomnia of TM III pregnant women in the experimental group after being given the intervention where the p-value was 0.00 < 0.05. Meanwhile, in the control group, the post-test p-value was 1,000 > 0.05, which means that there was no difference in the level of insomnia in the control group. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 154 responden dengan teknik <em>consecutive sampling. </em>Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji <em>expert</em> dan lembar catatan imunisasi serta dianalisis menggunakan <em>Chi-Square </em>dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 20.</p> <p><strong>Hasil: </strong>Sebanyak 104 responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan baik yaitu 80 (76,9%) diantaranya memiliki bayi dengan imunisasi yang lengkap dan 24 (23,1%) memiliki bayi dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar yang tidak lengkap. Adapun 50 responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang dan 34 (68%) diantaranya memiliki bayi dengan imunisasi tidak lengkap, dan 16 (32%) yang lengkap dalam melaksanakan imunisasi dasar lengkap. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi usia 10-12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kubu II Karangasem dengan hasil nilai <em>p-value </em>< 0,001.</p> <p><strong>Kesimpulan: </strong>Semakin baik pengetahuan ibu semakin baik pula pencapaian imunisasi dasar pada bayi. CHD is also a health problem that can have a socio-economic impact. <strong>Purpose:</strong> This study aimed to determine how prevention and control efforts can be made for people with hospital-based Coronary Heart Disease. <strong>Methods:</strong> This type of research was a literature review of several articles that have been comprehensively collected through Google Scholar, Springerlink, ScienceDirect by using keywords in the literature search was "intervention AND coronary heart disease AND hospital-based". <strong>Result:</strong> From the 6 articles that have been analyzed and understood in depth, it was found that there were several forms of hospital-based CHD prevention and control efforts that can be carried out by CHD sufferers ranging from routine blood pressure control and heart health checks, establishing health promotion clinics, conducting education by utilizing waiting rooms and open spaces in hospitals, management of LDL and non-HDL cholesterol increases early on, hospital-based CHD rehabilitation (Phases 1-3), availability of remote cardiac rehabilitation practices and digital therapeutics. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Overall, these efforts are expected to improve the quality of life, psychological well-being, cardiovascular capacity, social support and adherence of CHD patients and other communities to CHD rehabilitation programs. The conducted preliminary survey showed that the sanitation condition of the mosque stayed under minimum standard such as scattered garbage in the ditch, inadequate quantity of covered bin, yellowish spots on the ceiling surface, etc. The purpose of this study is to portray the sanitation system of the observed mosques and the behavior of the mosques’ Marbots in Tanjungpinang City. This research is a descriptive survey by conducting observations and interviews, in accordance with Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Number 288 Year 2003, with 184 of the number of the population, and the number of samples is 65 that were chosen using stratified random sampling technique. The results show that there were 65 (100%) mosques that met the requirement of the condition of the environment and the mosque’s utility, the sanitation system standard was fulfilled by 54 mosques (83,1%), and there were 5 marbots (7,7%) who had good behavior. So Continuity of Care Midwifery Care is needed which aims to provide continuous care from pregnancy to preconception so that it is able to detect any health problems experienced by clients. Care is carried out at the Eva Clinic and Maternity Home in the period November 2023 to March 2024. A series of continuous midwifery care is carried out for Mrs. I during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, and the decision to use contraception.
